Artificial Intelligence, the simulation of human intelligence done by machines, has emerged as a powerful force across many industries. Artificial Intelligence uses methods such as machine learning and predictive analytics, to help analyze complex data, make informed decisions, solve complex mathematical issues and continuously improve performance in special industries. AI is a relatively new addition in energy and power systems, particularly in renewable energy, which focuses on solar, wind, hydro, and geothermal power to charge or power things from homes to cities. Renewable energy is a keystone in the efforts to transition into a world of sustainable and environmentally friendly energy sources, but it presents challenges like energy intermittency, grid stability, and resource management. This presentation delves into how Artificial Intelligence is challenging these issues and remodeling renewable energy systems. For instance, AI-powered algorithms and programs can predict solar and wind power generation by analyzing weather data, therefore enhancing the reliability of energy supply. Furthermore, AI can be used to create smart grids that facilitate real-time energy distribution and minimizing energy waste. AI models can also maximize energy storage and efficiency by integrating battery management systems, predicting usage patterns, therefore extending battery life. The global integration of AI in energy systems will not only be an immense technological enhancement, but it will have a profound impact on a broader energy landscape. AI applications will reduce operational costs, accelerate decision-making and data analytics, and improve system efficiencies, making renewable energy more accessible and economically feasible. Moreover, this conjunction will boost the global drive toward carbon neutrality by the widespread adoption of clean energy solutions. By integrating AI into the systems of renewable energy, we can generate a more precise, efficient, and environmentally friendly energy ecosystem. This presentation will explore these concepts, and highlight the real-world applications for AI in renewable energy. Combining AI and renewable energy creates the potential to enhance our energy systems and make a huge impact in climate change.
